Makes 36 muffins
- 5 cups Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour (Gluten Free)
- 4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
-1 cups Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1 cups Honey or agave
- 3 cups whole fat canned coconut milk
If bananas are not very ripe add more honey
